2018 CRV Hood Not Closing Properly

Why won't the hood of my 2018 CRV close properly?  The latch is fully functional, and one side closes correctly, however the other side (close to the windshield stays partially raised. This damage occurred at some point when my car was being serviced at a Honda dealership.

Probably just needs the hinge adjusted. Glad they stepped up to aligning it for you.

I love it when people leave out all the relevant information when they ask a question. Since no one can see it we have no idea what the damage is.
