blakes keeps going down

I have a Nisson Rogue.   When i stopped a light, i notice the brakes keep going down.  I got this car this year.   I pulled over, check the brake fluid and it looks full.  I tap on the brakes a few times and it came back up while in park.
What can be the cause of this problem?

Sounds like the master cylinder is bad but should be under warranty take back to dealer.
