This has to be under warranty, they should fix it and provide a loaner vehicle in the meantime.

I called GM. They have given me nothing but the run around. It's been in the service bay 2x and not fixed. First time they fixed an HD wire..? Second time, said nothing was wrong. This time it was completely blank and wouldn't come back on . At all. So I told them I don't feel comfortable driving this vehicle with my children. That I don't feel confident in its safety or reliabilty any longer, that is not why I spent almost$40 k on a new vehicle. The owner of dealership says, well it's used now so we're not buying it back. Only option he says is to keep trying to fix it. I'm so frustrated. They drove me to get a rental car. I refused to give my visa so dealership finally covered rental car. Which is a 2016 Malibu with wipers that don't work and totally inconvenient for what I need to use a vehicle for.

I filed a complaint with omvic, going to the ministry of transportation tomorrow, calling BBB and am contacting a lawyer . It's so not right that I have to go to this extent.

Use : Lemon laws are American state laws that provide a remedy for purchasers of cars and other consumer goods in order to compensate for products that repeatedly fail to meet standards of quality and performance. Although there may be defective products of all sorts ranging from small electrical appliances to huge pieces of machinery, the term "lemon" is most often used to describe defective motor vehicles such as automobiles, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles.
