I have a 1998 ford mustang. I cranked it up today it ran for about two minutes then acted like it ran out of gas. Now it will not crank. It will turn over but not crank.

It may have a plugged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump.

Also check your fuel pump relay!

when you put the key to the "on" position can you hear the fuel pump pressurizing the fuel rail?

"will not crank"...you mean the battery is kaput?...get a NEW one~
