1993 mazda mpv 3.0 is there a frost plug in the back of the engine between exhaust manifold and transmission ?

engine overheated cause of broken fanbelt . now when i fill the raiditor the water runs out
of the back of the engine below exhaust crossover and above the transmission.

I doubt you would have blown out a frost plug even if it has one. Sounds like one of the hoses to your heater core came loose. If it is leaking as soon as you turn on the engine, I would suspect a broken or loose hose.
