Hey there! If you haven't already, check the fuel pressure to the engine - it could be a clogged fuel filter that starving the engine for gas. I was traveling in July when my truck started bogging down going up the Ozark Mountains - I thought it was bc I was hauling a fully loaded truck and pickup camper. Ended up throwing 3 rods thru the oil pan, and had to spend over a week in a motel getting my engine and fuel filter/lines replaced. If your lines are all rusted out like mine were, you may have to find replacement ones online ( check out LinesToGo.com, they were a little over $300 shipped overnight). Good luck with your truck!
