Hi. My ranger starts and idles but sounds like no fuel and no power. Changed oil, fuel filter, 02 sensor. It wont stay on long enough to drive. What could it be..

How long since over-all tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? I don't know liter size of engine? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? Where applicable, unplug the maf sensor, take it for a spin. If it does better, something going on with maf system, whether sensor--wiring circuit or pcm? Problems at lower rpms, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum. Problems at higher rpms check for blockage of some kind, the first two things I think of are fuel and exhaust. good luck
