Why my check engine light coming on after three
weeks purchasing a 2019 Ford edge SEL, I took it
back to the dealer to fix it, and came back on 3
days later

Take it back again, it may not be the same problem but inform the service manager that you're keeping track of the time and problems in case you need to file a lemon lawsuit.
