Check this out - https://www.consumerreports.org/car-recalls-defects/2019-jeep-cherokee- recalled-over-stalling-risk/ I called the dealership and they are going to do a software update to fix the problem. Hopefully. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee doesn't even have 4000 miles on it and has stalled 3 times. Each time I have to wait about 30 seconds to a minute to get the car to restart. It happened today when I slowed down in the middle of a busy intersection to make a left turn. I am having it towed to them because it is not safe to drive. They checked my VIN and sure enough it was on the list. Fun times. I hope the update fixes the problem, but I will say it is hard to trust the dang car now. Ugh.

2019JeepCherokee, I came home to this last night!! SIGH I love how they call this notice a CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION. Ummm NO, not satisfied with yet another issue. I'm just glad I haven't made the trip to the dealership to fix the brake caliper recall yet, otherwise I would be inconvenienced twice to have the car serviced. I still don't know why my battery light came on that first day that prompted me to this forum. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop!! Anyone else get this notification on the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Hose?

Hi ESOinTexas, I can't see the other forum anymore for some reason. Oh well. Wow! I just got my car back about an hour ago for the 2 recalls they fixed. I can't wait to check the mail today. (Sarcasm) I see you are in TX, I am in San Antonio. :)

2019JeepCherokee, I just responded to you and don't see the reply here. Hopefully you get it in your email. Let me know if you don't and I will send again. Someone must be blocking me in an attempt to hide everything I am saying to rally people to file their complaints on the NHTSA website so that we all benefit by being notified of issues with these 2019 Jeep Cherokee models! Big Brother!!

GuruYS8RP, I don't know if this message will go through to you or not since I am not replying to a post you made. But if it does, did you lose access to the other forum we had going? I am the other owner of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite. I'm curious if you received a notification too from Jeep this week about the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Hose?
Something similar Happened to me twice so far with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (V6) once in May 2019 at 7,000 miles. The dealership replaced the alternator. And it happened again two weeks ago (October 12, 2019) at 13,700 miles. The Jeep is at the dealership being checked out now but so far all they have found is a bunch of "high voltage" codes. No reason yet for the codes. No reason yet for the issue. It has a "star case" and Chrysler is working with the dealership, suggesting tests, etc. I will share the outcome if there is one.

My car stalled three times before the update on the recall. It has stalled twice after the recall repair. I’m actually seating in my car right now and it happened like 10 minutes, so this is the third time. I was pulling out of a parking spot and it stalled when I wanted to put it back on drive. I’m really pissed about this because I’m still paying for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The car makes me hella nervous to drive because it can happen on the freeway. I bought this bitch brand new, no miles at Dallas dodge.
