Start Stop Indicator Light 2019 Jeep Cherokee

I have had my Jeep Cherokee 2019 hood adjusted by dealer due to server
fluttering at Highway speeds.  Also when this happens and the hood really
moves around at high winds or passing Semi Trucks the light still will come on
and the hood still flutters even after adjusting hood.  Should hood be looked at
again for further adjustment and why does this cause the Start Stop light to
come on.  If I stop and turn off Jeep and restart the light goes out.
