How do I aligne front wheels just installed new left
and right control arms

It’s best to have an alignment shop set it up, that way they can get the camber, caster and toe set correctly.

Yes, you should a wheel alignment done since you replaced the control arms. Take the car to a garage that has the proper equipment.

I've used string to run 2 parallel lines , attach to the caliper then from the back of the tire go forward measure at the bumper and about 8' out to get parallel lines . The ancient builders did amazing things without computers or lasers .
