Dangerous feels like emergency brake could cost me my life

Hello , This is very serious incident , I was driving yesterday my Hyundai
elantra  and the good news is the speed limit was 35 miles per hours
suddenly the car try stop  stop and the feeling was like the emergency brake  
went on ? I did not touch anything I!? I did not know what to do but start
praying ! the brakes action came from the front and all the cars behind me
had to stay away ! I got so scared ! A light came out quick and went away  
and all I remember it was orange  . Finally the car went back to normal but I
had to stop to call AAA and The Hyundai dealer to tell them about the fact . I
shipped the car to the dealer and I received a phone call from the service
stating my car has no problem ?? This is not normal because I was on a
highway i could be dead by now . I was told by the dealer to drive more my
car and if the same problem happens I can get in touch with them ? This is
crazy . There is no way i will drive my car because i don't trust it anymore ,
Now the dealer place is going to do more investigation since their system
never detected anything . What should I do please ?  I believe there is recall
about this malfunction and i am not going to put my life in jeopardy . I advise
you to check your Hyundai   elantra to make sure you don't have the same
problem .  Imagine  yourself  driving  on highway 65 to 70 miles per hour and
sendenelly your car decides to use the emergency brake without any
command from you ?   that is scary . Thank you very much for reading
