2013 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited, 97K, poor engine performance

First the turbo stopped working, which is when the car lost a lot of power.
Then the cars engine started bucking but no 'check eng. Lt. I checked and
found eng oil was very low (at bottom of stick), so I added oil and started the
car up, the car seemed to respond, most of the problems seem to go away.
Two days later the bucking came back, plus there is no acceleration even
with peddle to floor. I had to switch to manual which seemed to help but I
don't know what it could be. Help.
