Steering locked up

My brother owns a Hyundai Sonata and
parked it at a Best Buy. When he parked he
forgot to straighten out his steering wheel
and it was left at full steering lock to the left.
As a result of this the steering and ignition is
locked. I know many people will recommend
the jiggle the steering wheel trick but this will
not work because he used full steering lock.
Is there anything we can do other than get
the car towed and fixed??????

I might try to jack the front wheels off the ground and try it again.
