Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've heard tons of different possibilities.
From the breaks flopping back and forth to
the steering rack being shot. Its under the
hood, mainly on the drivers side.

Thanks! I had my old man replace them, but they were the wrong ones. So he just cut to them fit. I knew that was a bad idea. Will replace!!

the steering rack itself could be worn...did you examine it for excessive play...you should be able to tell which bushings by takin' er up on a lift and squeezing at various components with a channel locks to find out which bushings are worn and warrant replacement~

Cut them to fit? Is he trying to kill you? Those bushings, if not right can cause loose steering..if not outright failure. Chew his ass out royally
