My 95 Tracer just quit, and won't fire. I have a spark, and fuel.

compression or oxygen, pull the intake off the throttle body and see if it breathes and fires

If timing and compression are good, check the crank position sensor. There's no relay for injectors, they are controlled by the computer but if it doesn't see the signal from crank positioning sensor, it will not trigger the injectors

Try spraying some quick start in the throttle body and see if it'll run for a bit, if it does then you know it's not timing or compression and most likely it's the crank position sensor
