no spark plus fuel cut off light

i was driving up the road heard some clicking got to stop sign and died no gas or spark. had some trouble with inertia switch awhile back so changed that. still nothing and fuel cut out light is on. so i changed fuel pump and everything attached to it plus checked fuel filter cuss i recently changed it. still no start. battery kept draining so i got a new one plus new serpintine belt and a new alternator, still no start. so i continued and changed my spark plugs changed out my ignition coil, ignition control system, changed oil, new air filter and changed all main fuses under hood and in car. i still have no spark also i sprayed starter fluid in to see if it would turn over got nothing. kinda stumped. HELP ME!!!!

check the relay to your pcm. (computer) if it goes bad it will shut off spark and fuel.
