2019 Cadillac XT5 sound issue?

I just bought a new 2019 Cadillac XT5 and it
has the upgraded Bose system in it and
when I put the volume at a decent level it
seems like the speakers in the door rattle.
Does anyone know if it’s possibly just loose
or poor quality ?

Same issue with my 2018. Brought it in once and no changes yet. Issue still persists.

Use your warranty! Maybe the speakers are damaged or loose. Some Dynamat might solve the problem.

I am having similar problems with 2018xt5. The sound is rattling or echoing, worse at different times. I took it back twice for the sound issue. Even when radio is muted, the alarms make an echo sound, almost like a muffler problem. Suggestions?
