I tried to use the USB to charge the phone and it is not working I have several in the vehicle but the ones for the driver do not work

I am having the same problem. I purchased my car 12/16 Sunday. The two below the stereo doesn't work. The one in the secret radio compartment works.

Same exact issue! I bought my 2020 traverse 10/2019 & some days don’t even pick up apple car play
