Passenger Seat Belt Seems Locked- Unusable, will not come out.

Used last week, now Passenger Seat Belt won't come out around passenger. I pushed button at top. Some secret trick to this? Driver side ok. ??

That's an annoying design. You have to coax it to fully retract into that door pillar, then pull it back out again past the length you need to click it on. Those retractor springs are weak and you may have to pound on the pillar to coax it to go all the way back in. The belt might be twisted and binding up. I hope this helps.
