My wiring diagram showed headlamp relays, right and left. When relay is not energized, there is continuity for low beam lamp. My thought was to jump proper terminals at relay to see if lo beams will work? The computer i'm on is new to me, Can't post diagram at the moment. I tried print screen key, doesn't seem to work.

There's a lighting control module LCM under the dash. Was a factory recall in the day. One can find places to rebuild them on EBAY. Had to do mine. It't way up there above the gas pedal. Not easy to get off.

I was talking about the LCM on a mercury, not sure where it is on the Villager.
