Open the hood and on each headlight there is a rubber cap on top of the electric motor. First unplug the power to the electric motor, then remove the cap and you should see a dial, turn that until the headlight assembly rotates upward. This will allow you to drive at night till you can diagnose if the issue is the motor or the wiring, switch or fuse.

To get you ready for night time driving - Do not unplug electric to head light motor . remove rubber cap and turn knob clock wise till head light is up [about 25 turns] . to bring it back down keep turning the same direction . To test the motor - apply 12 volts to the Brown wire and ground the Green wire . If nothing happens -reverse the connections [12 volts to the green wire ] Still nothing ? Then it is the motor [because you by-passed the other electrical units ] 90% of the time you can fix it yourself . take the cover off the gear box on the motor it is full of grease from the factory and it hardens over time and stops the electrical contacts .. Clean it [shiny] re assemble . mark all parts so they go back together the same way . ..
