98 Ford Taurus prone to break down after repair?
So my car broke down about a month ago
and was out of commission that entire time.
It was just recently fixed by my uncle who
said the big problems were the vacuuming
system not sending the fumes through the
car and cylinder 2 was misfiring. When my
car would break down (yes, quite a few
times when I would run the AC, which is also
busted) it would begin to putter and bounce
a bit before finally giving out . It would not
turn off or lose power, but instead it would
refuse to accelerate. I've driven it twice since
it was fixed and I'm losing my mind. It still
bumps and shakes ever so lightly still and it
nearly gives me a heart attack everytime. I'm
so afraid it's going to break down again, but
my uncle said everything was good and
seemed confident that it wouldn't break
down again. Would it though? And if it did,
why?
