How common is throttle error resulting in replacement 2019 Toyota

My 2019 Toyota has under 30,000 miles and check engine light with Trac off
light appeared. Vehicle shift into Drive, or reverse. Turns out throttle part got
replaced under warranty. How common is this among Toyotas?
