Why does my 2019 Tacoma makes generator sound?

My Tacoma makes a generator sound when I hit
the brakes sometimes. When hit the clutch and
put in neutral I feel it on the brake. What can this
be?

What is a generator sound? Your idea is probably totally different than other readers here.

Since I cannot hear the noise and you have warranty coverage I suggest you talk to your Toyota dealer about it.
