Why is the right side passenger side heat and ac not working

during day time its hot outside and the right side blow hot while ac is running on and then later at night outside is start chill and I turn temp up to warm while ac is running and then right side blow cold not warm...

HVAC control module is messed up, the dealer maybe able to reprogram it but usually they need replaced.
