My 03 ecips Spyder gs 2.4 keeps blowing 20 amp fuses on #9 slot

One day the car died figured out blew 20 amp #9
engine control fuse changed it ran for min blew
again now as soon as I hit the key it blows I put a
30 amp blows as fast what runs on that fuse I am
at a loss

Disconnect Pcm add fuse if it holds you have a pcm primary lead touching trans or body in system
