Low rpms low idle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Mu cars been having a p0506 code thats been
popping up. Low idle, low rpm. Ive changed the idle
valve. Battery. And cleaned throttle botty. Idle is
still low. When i turn the wheel on park the idle
moves up and down slightly. I adjusted the cable
that connects to the pedal but idle is still low. What
do i do next?
