Front wheel drive car is fishtailing only on wet pavement

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant gtz that whenever
the pavement is wet acts like it's fishtailing in the
rear end this is a front wheel drive car V6 brand
new tires and brand new sway bar links in the rear
and it's actually acting worse then when the sway
bar links were snapped it won't fishtail on dry
pavement but it does whenever it's wet or icy
please help what could this be

You may have the wrong tires. You need good all weather tires. If you have summer tires you will have nothing but problems. Adding some weight in the trunk will help some. Try a hundred pounds for a start. A couple of sand bags might do the trick.
