i Changing all belt on my 03 lancer oz rally but belt for steering makes a sqeaky sound?

i have max the belt for steering out so cant tight it anymore i went to get parts at napa and  
got right belt according to there info. so wat can i do?

I agree with Tom. Oh something else to check is the harmonic balancer. I had a Mitsubishi the other day that we could not locate what was making all the noise. All new belts and pulleys. Turned out to be the rubber in the harmonic balancer. Harmonic balancer was going bad.

Currently the belt is loose cuz my tensioner is at it limit. And the pulley are fine.

Oh ok. Double check belt routing and also double check that they give you the right belt.
