I am getting P0401 code.

I was getting P0403 code now, so I changed the solenoid.  Now, I am getting obd code
P0401,  I have cleaned the valve already checked with the vacuum and it opens and
closes.

but did you spray it with carb cleaner all around it to make sure it doesnt have a vacuum leak..does the idle change??

Yes, I did use carb cleaner. However, I found one of the loose hose, and that has fixed the problem I think. I will drive around to see if that has fixed the problem.

P0401 code popped up again. I don't see any loose hoses. Any ideas? Could it be upstream oxygen sensor?
