Lancer ECU problem!! please help

OK here is that deal i have a lancer 2002 OZ tha is not getting spark (juice) on piston 3-4 (diagram shows piston order timing belt side is 1-3-4-2) i did replace that ignition coils then i check for any electric issues on the hardness and find that ignition coil connector for 3-4 piston dont send electric current color green/black cable. i did check the other ignition coil connector and that one works blink and get current normal . my question is where u thing is the problem? ( WEEK LATER)

ok so i remove the engine control unit and test the wiring between the ECU and the #2 / 3# ignition coil (wire test out ok) test for the ignition signal pulse at ECU .found wire at ECU 1#/ 4#coil pulsing power(switching)but the ECU wire 2#/3# ignition coil no pulsing power!....
ECU NUMBER IS MR578519 If a replace the ECU for a used one or refurnish one do i need to look for any ECU that HAS the same ECU NUMBER MR578519 (Matter if is a different car model ?)and if so has to be the same car and model (Mitsubishi lancer OZ 2002) If anyone knows where can i get one  for cheap i am not looking to spend a big money on this i just need the car running (car has no upgrade or anything )thank you for u help . u can PM
