Front Brakes Locked up How Do I FIX IT

I replaced calipers, hoses, and rotors and its still locked up, I need help i dont know what to do next, the master cylinder is good

if you've had service with the ABS, you will have to pump the pedal a dozen times or so to get enough pressure in the pressure accumulator~ perhaps the system will behave normally once the accumulator is up to pressure~...just a thought~

I agree with tennisshoes. It sounds more like a seized hub bearing.

I have a 2002 Volkswagen passata we've changed calipers rotors pressure hose everything and the bright still are locking up scrubbing wearing out brake pads but every 3 days wondering if anybody had any advice on this problem thank you
