As long as the tittle is properly signed ( or close to it ) I don't think it matters , Is the owner going to complain ?

You can but check with your local motor vehicle agency for the proper procedure. Laws vary from State to State. In New Jersey, for example, you need to give the buyer a notarized copy of the death certificate and you sign the title as the seller with the printed word "Executor" next to your signature. Hope that helps! Jim
