Likely either a head gasket or cracked cylinder head. Coolant in the exhaust is never a good thing.

How do I know if my head is cracked water is coming out the exhaust mNifold there isn't any water in oil

You can have a bad head gasket or cracked head with out getting water into the oil. It depends on exactly where the gasket or head failed.

Thank you do you recommend compression testing it and what parts do I need please help I'm learning and I'm a girl lol

Wow! Cough ...pic Ok well how bad is the water coming out from exhaust? It is normal to have some water in the tail pipe simce morning condensation will occur in muffler and exhaust pipe. How much radiator fluid do you have to put in? Daily weekly hourly? Hope not I have a coolant leak and its no where to be found on engine and or near the engine or ground! One other place it can go is out the exhaust but i have to add weekly depending on how fast i drive lol.
