My 1990 B2200 won't start after warming up .

Question type: General

put in new rebuilt distributor when old one failed. put on new cap, rotor, plugs and set
timing at 6 deg. btdc. once fully warmed up it will not restart.

Have you tried to see if you have good strong spark after it will not start again? Your coil may be failing when it gets hot. Or your fuel pump could be on it's way out also. If it runs fine at first attempt, that tells you that all the parts you replaced are doing their job. If you have spark and fuel, try replacing your ambient air sensor and your radiator temp sensor. If either of these fail, your car will not run properly.
