Proofread your question please it is said to be a 93 as well as a 99. Schematics are at autozone.com. A ground can be verified every where a component is to function and then traced. as simple as a 12v test light or voltmeter can be used. bulbs that go inop can cause an open circuit, and the hi/lo beam switch can sometimes affect loss and regaining the headight function. an open in the lightswitch can be the circuit breaker within. good luck.
