Rear wheel logout stud replacement on Chevy Silverado 4x4 2500 3/4 ton

Im using thick washers and 1/2 drive ratchet with a pipe on handle for extra torque power but stud is still 1/8 inch from being drawn thru im not sure how much pressure I can apply without damaging anything

Try a little lube like PB blaster.

If you still have more to put install, put them in the freezer on the bottom shelf. wait for it to get hot outside. Take them out of the freezer one at a time and then install them the way you have been. Hope it works for you!
