95 mitsubishi not getting spark to top cylanders why?

my car wouldn't start 2 weeks ago and I replaced the coilpak the sparkplugs and wires but top two 1 and 4 still have no spark goin to them why aren't they getting spark?

ya the plugs aren't getting any spark idk if its the crank sensor or the pcm but I think its cuz a sensor sumwere but nobody nos what it cn be

timing belt is in great shape already checked that,fuel pumps good too
