I'm not being a wise guy and only want to help you so please read this with the thought it was given. You cannot repair a car simply by changing parts .. .. in many cases the car has done something before the failure that could indicate where to look. I'm only writing this so in the future you may avoid throwing good money after bad. There are few unrevokable truths in the scientific world ... one of them is an engine must start. No mater how difficult that seems to believe... it's true ... if an engine has the correct fuel mixture (about 14 parts of air to 1 part gas) with the correct compression (over 100 lbs per square inch) and the spark ignites the fuel at exactly the right time ... the engine must start. Now that leaves you with just 3 possibilities to zero in on. Changing the distributor only rules out a bad distributor. what about the gas and compression? All I'm pointing out Suzy is with out a way to get some kind of readings you may as well cross the ocean without a compass ..l will help you .. if you want but I need to know more
