Won't start.

Driving down the highway and van just dies pull right over
coasted and braked and parked it temp gauge was reading
fine checked all fluids they were fine. At 1st tried starting it
and it wouldn't even try to crank. Let sit for 45mins or so
and tried and it wanted to start but made a loud sound like
something clanking together. I'm totally lost. Been driving
fine! Has about 190,000 on it.

That could be several things. You really should have a mechanic check it out and I wouldn't try starting it again if it's making noises like that. Did your check engine light or any other lights come on?
