If you push the cruise control switch lightly, about half way up or down, it will change the speed by 1 mph.

Read your owners manual. Maybe the amount of increase can be programmed. Like Jon says normally the increment is 1 mph.

The cruise control switch does both 5 mph and 1 mph. Push it halfway up or down for 1 mph change and push it fully up or down for 5 mph change!
