Love the car, never had a problem, 22k miles since new Jun 2013.  But suddenly if the car sits too long without being driven, when you put the key in and try  to start it, it's totally dead and has to  be jumped.  I cannot find one word about this in the user manual except a few standard words on how change out that battery.

I am not going to claim to be a hybrid expert but a new Fusion battery pack is over $4,000. Your car should be under warranty so I would take it back to the dealer. That said forums are full of complaints about owners having to jump start Fusions.
