Are you sure timing belt was installed correctly? If not you could have piston and valve contact causing your issues. Make sure your battery and battery connections are good. Do compression check. Any cylinders showing 0 psi have bent valves. If that the case the timing belt was not installed correctly.

Yes 3.0 dohc non turbo and yes I put the timing belt on right it has 190 psi
190 after belt was installed then your valves are ok. Check the connection to your cam/crank position sensor. Does yours have the single two in one sensor on the passenger side of the back bank or two separate sensors under the timing belt cover? The computer has to see engine turning over for it energize the coils and the fuel pump. Also check battery voltage and connections. Also check the negative battery connections on the frame and motor. These cars do all sorts of weird things when these connections are not clean and tight. Got to get it spinning over like normal to trouble shoot other issues properly.
