Driver side window does not work on '97 Ford explorer xlt edition

Hi all the other Windows work perfectly except for the drivers side window.
When I press the window button I can hear the window trying to move but it
doesnt move. I checked and there's no loose connection, I'm thinking the
motor may need to be replaced but I'm still unsure.

the window lift assembly as called a window regulator is worn out from most use on drivers door , about 60 $ part,
