Need help i suck at electrical

I have recently changed my 4 o2 sensors now i have codes po141 an po161
On the down stream sensors nothing else was changed how do i diagnose this or
fix it

Yeah i did that. Their tight an not broken my family said check them with a multi meter but i dont know wat seting to use or wat to look for i usually just to general mechanics like motor an trans swaps or tune ups things like that i never got into the eletrical part of it

The procedure to check sensor is not difficult but is involved. Sensor has to be up to operating temp around 500 or more degrees and must be checked with the engine running and off. Probably easier to surf the net and print the procedure. The voltages you will be looking for during the test is less than one volt in most instances so you meter should be able to read voltages in 1/10 of one volt.
