i live in martinique contry of france could you delivery the car by sea?

Unless your explorer is in showroom condition the value is about a thousand bucks, maybe a little more. Shipping costs for a SUV is about two grand (drive on). If you want it in a container, a few hundred bucks more. Unless you live close to the port where it will be shipped from, plan on another thousand bucks transporting it from middle middle to an exit port. France may stick you for 19 percent vat tax plus maybe 10 percent other taxes. Now lets not forget about parts. Although readily available in the U.S. and affordable, even for a 20 year old vehicle, they are difficult to find and pricey abroad. Maybe be less expensive to find one over in Europe and spend all the associated costs in shipping on repairs.
