2019 forester premium driver door will not from inside or outside...why?

Keys were locked inside....i opened the vehicle with slim-jim, alarm came on, I
clicked the unlock and lock buttons, started the car, door opened and closed, let
down the window and the door wont open from inside or outside.... Im lost for
words. Help@

To repeat: the door DID open and close, but after lowering the window you cannot open the door from the inside nor outside? RSVP
