Cracked head

I have a 2006 nissan altima. I was told today
i have a cracked head. I read about kseal is
to late. Can it be fixed?

Best repair is to replace the cylinder head if it is cracked and the gaskets.. You can try some of the head gasket sealers and they may or may not help.
