why is my temp gauge going crazy

my thermostats in my 06 altima have been replaced twice now. last time was
about 2 or 3 months ago.. it was running ok but then the temp gauge started
going up & down like it did before i had the thermostats replaced. when im
driving the temp will go up to H but when i slow down or its idling it will go back
to normal. what the heck is going on? please help

i would chek the wir to it and if ok replace the sending unit...

Sticking thermostat - replace it and purge the air out of the system.

I'm having the same problem on my 05 Sentra I checked it thoroughly hoses, radiator,fan, thermostat nothing what can it be it's driving me nuts.
